Our vision is to support and provide opportunities for people in the New Zealand construction industry through education, innovation and industry leadership. We strive to encourage aspirational thinking that lifts the industry's performance, supports growth, strengthens skills and provides opportunities through training and scholarships. The Charitable Education Trust is proud to have supported industry professionals to succeed at every stage of their careers.
The NZIOB Charitable Education Trust is registered on the Charities Register (registration number CC32376), first registered in June 2008, being a re-registration of the earlier NZIOB Charitable Trust founded in 1985 (required with legislation changes).
$20k granted / year
Our mission is to increase our funds and pay the $20,000 yearly scholarship grants from fund earnings. By preserving capital for the long term, we can be a sustainable source of support for future industry talent. By attending our fundraising events or contributing through sponsorships and donations, you can help us create opportunities that will benefit the industry in years to come.
